Connecticut’s stupidest politician
March 13, 2017
No it is not Governor Malloy or any of the congressman or two senators, but a State Senator, who happens to be a member of the Kennedy family gets this title.
Lifezette, the website run by conservative radio talk show host, Connecticut native and Fox News contributor Laura Ingraham, is reporting on how Democratic State Senator Ted Kennedy Jr of Branford, the son of former Massachusetts Seantor Ted Kennedy wants to give state government control over what happens to citizens’ organs after they die.
You read right…A KENNEDY WANTS THE STATE TO CONTROL YOUR BODY AFTER IT KILLS YOU WITH THEIR REGUALTIONS, POISONS AND MEDIA LIES.
Kennedy recently introduced SB 750, which would automatically enroll Connecticut citizens in the organ donation program, without any choice whatsoever.
There has been GOP backlash. Republican State Senator Len Suzio of Meriden said to The Record-Journal newspaper
“If people want to donate their organs after death, I have no problem with that at all, but it should not be coercive in any way.”
And as expected some political observers have (rightly so) mocked Kennedy’s proposal.
“Would this apply to drowning victims on Long Island Sound? I’m talking of course about Mary Jo Kopechne, the woman Ted Kennedy let drown after he drunkenly drove off a bridge” conservative Boston (there’s a misnomer) talk radio host and Boston Herald columnist Howie Carr said to LifeZette.
But others have taken a more serious tone. Writing to the New Haven Register, Branford resident Chris Kelly said SB 750 would force “all Connecticut residents to become organ donors upon their deaths unless, per the synopsis of the bill, ‘they join an official registry to opt out of organ donation.”
Secondly, the bill would force reisdent to “trust a state bureaucracy to manage this opt-out registry accurately and safely.” Something akin to the death panels Sarah Palin talked about in Obamacare. But as usual the statist corporate media would not report on or would do so mocking her and conservatives.
Lastly, “it flies in the face of our nation’s founding principles and the civil liberties that protect all of us,” Kelly said.
He also said Kennedy’s bill is a “cynical attempt to increase the number of organs available by exploiting those Connecticut residents who may not be informed or aware enough to formally opt out.”
So to Ted Kennedy junior, the ultimate carpetbagger in the state, you are CONNECTICUT’S STUPIDEST POLITICAN!
