Emails could sink Hillary…and observations.
March 5, 2015
Over the last few days have been reports, broken by the New York Times about Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email account when conducting government business.
Last night on Fox News’ The Kelly File, host Megyn Kelly had Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano on.
He said the former First Lady, New York Senator and Secretary of State could face a potential felony if she knowingly and willfully destroyed or concealed government records.
Also, Napolitano said this crime is a felony punishable by up to three years in jail and even more important disqualification from holding public office in the future.
OPINION..If that were the case your honor, why has Obama been in office when people like Commander Charles Kerchner (ret.) Sharon Rondeau, Alan Jones and even so far as Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio have information that should not have disqualified him from running for Illinois Senate much less the presidency? This information should have him, his supporters and all of Congress in jail. The reason is simple…a corrupt judiciary that refutes the US Constitution and Chicago thug style politics and blackmail.
The undercurrent of anxiety about Clinton’s vulnerabilities has grown in recent days with potentially damaging news of foreign donations to the Clinton Foundation and the former secretary of state’s use of private email accounts to conduct official business.
And the website Infowars asked if Clinton will be punished for this.
