Klayman to CNN…

When it comes to people who want liberty and freedom and support our Constitution…LIVE WITH IT.  Larry Klayman, fresh off his 4th Amendment win against the NSA, took to the lowly-rated CNN to take on their token left-wing Mockingbird agents Don Lemon and Jeffrey Toobin.  And Klayman took them to the shed.  And to Obama haters, it was a thing of beauty to see two Obot scums get sent back to their FEMA camp with their tails between their legs!

Oh, and another thing, Klayman took some time to speak to Alex Jones…WHO IS NOT CONTROLLED MEDIA!

Malloy Minus Money?

If this picture from an anti-Malloy Facebook is any indication…

Malloy might have a very rough road ahead of him in 2014 when he supposedly is up for re-election.   The state’s paper of record the Hartford Courant reported (oh, they actually did their job) last month, the State’s Election Enforcement Commission looked into Dan Malloy’s campaign activities.

The investigation comes after a complaint (from CT News Junkie) saying Malloy illegally raised and spent money on his reelection without first saying he was  a candidate and following financial disclosure rules.

The Courant reported Ben Ancona, a Newington lawyer who happens to be politically active alleges this “de facto” re-election campaign operation is being run by Malloy mouthpiece Roy Occhiogrosso, who guided Malloy’s 2010 campaign. Occhiogrosso took a job as a top adviser’s job in Malloy’s new administration in 2011, but left the governor’s office last December.  He now manages a government consulting firm whcih does business with the state.

If Ancona’s charges pan out and the SEEC finds these allegations to be true, Malloy will be disqualified from participating in the state’s campaign finance program, and receiving the $6 million that goes with it.  Of course the state run corporate media will not see to it.

St Louis talker goes birther

Tea Party favorite and St Louis radio hottie Dana Loesch has done the impossible (and perhaps got kicked off filling in for Glenn Beck on The Blaze) and went birther on an obot racist. The raven-haired siren went on neocon Sean Hannity’s Fox News show to debate whether the Tea Party is racist with one Dick Fowler, who seems ready for death panels, FEMA Camps and other “conspiracy theories.”  It was when Dick was unable to provide any proof the Tea Party is racist (has he ever heard of Lloyd Marcus or Pastor James David Manning…OR DOES HE CALL THEM UNCLE TOMS?) he threw out the Birther Card saying people (Tea Party folks) are looking for Obama’s birth certificate.  Well, as for Dana, it looks like there’s steak to go with her sizzle as Loesch pointed out the so-called “Birther” issue was started by Democrat Phil Berg.

I purposely put three words in caps for a reason.  For starters, Mike Zullo, the lead investigator for the Cold Case Posse on Friday spoke to Carl Gallups on his WEBY Freedom Friday program to offer up an update on the Obama/Soetoro forgery investigation.  And Zullo says the new info is ironclad and is irrefutable.  HOWEVER, he also took Doug Vogt to task for his recent assertions.  The two also talk the death of Loretta Fuddy, which for now Zullo labeled an accident.

But speaking of that very suspicious plane crash, some things aren’t falling into place into the investigation into the crash last week of a plane carrying nine, but killing only one, Fuddy.  Sharon Rondeau of the Post and Email said there are inconsistencies about the crash.  And Rondeau also wonders where an autopsy report is.

The accident, which reportedly occurred on Wednesday afternoon Hawaii time, involved a total of nine people, one of whom swam to shore and believed that all of the others would be rescued alive.

According to NBC News, rescuers arrived “quickly.”  The single-engine Cessna Grand Caravan was reportedly the only crash with an aircraft of its kind resulting in a fatality since 1992.

The AP report states that the survivor who reached the shore described the expert skills of the pilot, Clyde Kawasaki, as having made it possible to “avoid what could have been a catastrophic impact on the water.”  However, later in the article, it is stated that “The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash and probably won’t have the benefit of examining the plane. The location of the wreckage, combined with wind and wave conditions, likely means it won’t be recovered, NTSB spokesman Eric Weiss said.”

The same statement had been made in articles published after the initial reports on Thursday, when the same AP reporter stated that the airplane “crashed in the ocean off the island of Molokai.”

Coast Guard rescuers were quoted on Friday by the AP as having said that “There was nothing recognizable immediately as aircraft debris, just general debris in the water.  I’m not sure at what point the main body of the aircraft submerged, but it was not present when we got there.”

Repeated portions of AP’s reportage stated that Fuddy was holding the hand of her deputy, Keith Yamamoto, while they floated in the water awaiting rescue.  Yamamoto had reportedly helped Fuddy don a life jacket, perhaps during the time between when the plane’s engine failed and the impact, however hard or soft, occurred.  Yamamoto reportedly tried to “help her relax” until help arrived.

Retired Air Force pilot Field McConnell and host of the Abel Danger radio show believes that “his sister Kristine Marcy has tried to prevent his exposure of her Obama birth-certificate fraud by turning the entire state of Hawaii into a SBA HUBZone surveillance center and equipping the Serco FAA Contract Towers at Molokaai with the Wi-Fi SATCOM devices which she allegedly used to coordinate the 11/12/13 murder of prospective OBC whistleblower, Loretta J. Fuddy, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health.”

On Thursday, The Los Angeles Times quoted the Honolulu Fire Captain, Terry Seelig, as having stated after the accident that Fuddy, “remained in the fuselage of the plane” and that “It’s always a difficult situation when you’re not able to get everybody out,” which conflicts with the AP reports.

The Times reported in the same article that “Lt. William Juan with the Maui Police Department said that Fuddy’s body had been recovered from the wreckage and that an autopsy would be conducted,” which also contradicts the AP about Fuddy having floated in the water with Yamamoto until she inexplicably released his hand. While one report said that an autopsy would be conducted on Thursday, others said that it would take place on Friday.

So far not a single autopsy has been held.  This leads many people in the so-called birther movement to say Fuddy was “Breitbarted.”

Other alternative media journalists including Doug Hagmann at Canada Free Press and Homeland Security US have reported on this suspicious crash.  Of course the Mockingbird Media, takes the government’s side.

Now ISRAEL is running our money

Don’t these Zionist scums have enough money?  Brother Nathanael will explain to all you AIPAC neocons out there.

And if I may quote the book before the JOOOOOOOOOOS who run the ACLU, ADL and SPLC flag me…

Matthew 28:18-20 KJV

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen

The false flag…A YEAR LATER

I did some searching at this blog for old articles I did about Sandy Hook whose anniversary is today.  And if you pardon the pun I  am sticking to my guns and those of many in the liberty movement in search of the truth against fascist corporations working with big government and big media in getting to the truth in which Sandy Hook was a false flag.

Of course one must begin at the beginning.  But as the day wore on, it was becoming more and more obvious Connecticut and the nation was dealing with a false flag attack meant to scare people into hating the Republic and the Constitution.

Reaction was pouring in from the alternative media who many of us turned to when the media was going to be standing their with their paid actors all giddy about the further death of the Republic.

One thing I posted on was a Natural News article as to how there was an agency set up a few days BEFORE the shooting took place.

One of the heroes of all this to me is Florida college professor James Tracy who created the timeline which the corporate media debunked as conspiracy theory.

Are there heroes in this wasteland of a state run by unions and welfare whores?  Yes.  And they take the same line many REAL PATRIOTS will take, and not the slaves who get info from corporate run censored media.

Other patriots include the CT Citizens Defense League who has been in the line of fire at the hands of the leftist run General Assembly, unions and the media since it began speaking out against the outrages at Sandy Hook and for the Second Amendment and liberty.  In this writer’s email, he got a letter in March from one Safety Joe about the UN and their gun grabbing policies.  It is being posted word for word below

I do not support any bipartisan gun control bill that includes a ban on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. Especially pistol magazines because most pistols were designed to use around 15 rounds. If you want to know how many bullets I think someone should have to defend themselves I would say one more bullet than the bad guy has. As I said I don’t support banning magazines over 10 rds, but if demanded I think there should be an exception made for pistols that just states the magazine has to be flush fitting inside the grip and only magazines that protrude in length outside the grip would be banned. Additionally I don’t support making any exceptions for police or security / body guards because the police are not above the law. ” We the people ” created the govt. and the people can’t delegate any powers to the govt. or police that the average people don’t posses themselves. It’s common sense you can’t give something you don’t have. If people think the police need a certain type of gun or ammunition magazine capacity to defend themselves then the citizens need the right to defend themselves with the same things because the people are exposed to the same criminals in public as the police are. How is a citizen’s life any less valuable than a police officer that can carry more than 10 rounds ? What’s going to happen next time some mass shooter uses only 10 round magazines to kill a dozen people ? Are you then going to reduce it to 7 rds and then 5 rds in a magazine? Where will it lead ? This is only punishing the good people and not the criminals who will have more bullets anyway. If someone has to defend themselves with a gun they’re going to find themselves in a very stressful situation where they lose fine motor skills and get tunnel vision. Having only 10 rounds in a magazine might not be enough to stop the bad guy, especially if there are multiple attackers or if they’re pumped up on drugs. Most criminals don’t act alone so the chance of there being multiple attackers is high. Limiting people’s ability to protect themselves, their loved ones or the people around them is the wrong thing to do. Please stop passing laws that only effect good people who have not done anything wrong. If any limitations for magazines are passed into law I think grandfathering in the ones that people already own is very important. Registering them should not be needed as long as the person retains the original dated sales reciept and they should always be allowed to sell them out of state at any time without keeping any records of the sale.

If you’re going to use Sandy Hook as motivation to pass more gun control laws you better pass a law that would have prevented it. The simple solution is that Adam Lanza’s mom should have been required by law to keep her guns out of the hands of her son. The only gun control measure I support is a law that would require safe storage if someone lived in your home and met certain criteria like Adam Lanza as long as the law did not require home inspections without a warrant signed by a judge based on sworn testimony or actual evidence that there was a violation of the safe storage law in that home.

I also don’t support changing the criteria of what is an assault weapon. According to the FBI more people are killed every year with hammers and baseball bats then all types of rifles combined. Including bolt action hunting rifles. I doubt you’re going to ban hammers and baseball bats even though they kill more people than all kinds of rifles. Just because someone uses a car to mow down 20 people doesn’t mean we’re going to ban cars. When the Army staff sergeant, stationed at a U.S. base in Kandahar, Afghanistan killed 16 people, mostly women and children, and then burned their bodies we didn’t blame his gun. We blamed his mental condition and all the psychotropic prescription medications he was taking. The same thing goes for Adam Lanza. I personally don’t own an AR15 rifle, but I noticed in SB 1076 that there was an exception when it came to rifles. It specifically said ” centerfire ” rifles, but the other section that pertained to pistols did not say ” centerfire ” pistols so rimfire 22 caliber rifles are excluded from being considered an assault weapon, but rimfire 22 caliber pistols could be considered an assault weapon. That’s not consistent at all. A rimfire pistol that’s used to shoot at soda cans, rabbits or squirrels should never be considered an assault weapon. That’s just ridiculous. Banning the sale of rifles like the AR15 also violates the state constitution because it infringes on the people’s ability to ” defend the state ” and in case you didn’t know ” the state ” is not the govt. it’s the people. If a large scale natural disaster or another terror attack happened there is not enough state or federal forces that can be used to maintain order if the crisis encompasses a wide area. You’ll be very happy if a good person in your neighborhood has a rifle like an AR15 so they can keep the looters or other violent criminals from doing harm in your area. An example is how average people were able to do exactly that in their own communities after hurricane Katrina or during the LA riots. Even though I don’t own an AR15 I know they are very popular so they also can’t be considered ” unusual. “

When the department of homeland security ( DHS ) or local police departments order rifles like the AR15 they call them ” personal defense rifles ” and not ” assault weapons ” The DHS even stated that the AR15 is suitable for self defense. If a rifle like an AR15 is suitable for self defense by the police then the average person should have the right to buy one for their own defense. My past statement about why the police have to obey the same laws as everyone else holds true when it comes to rifles too. If it’s illegal for CT residents to buy an AR15 type rifle, then it should be illegal for the police too. Especially considering the fact that you’re 8 times more likely to be shot by the police than a citizen gun owner.

I also don’t support requiring background checks for private sales because it creates a de facto gun registry which world history shows always leads to confiscation down the road. A better idea would be to require the private seller of a long gun to only sell to someone who produces a valid state pistol permit because the people who posses those have already passed a background check and have been trained in gun safety. No paper work should be required because like I said it creates a de facto gun registry..

As far as requiring a pistol permit or rifle permit to buy ammunition. I don’t have a problem with that as long as there isn’t an ammo sales registry created and as long as the person can buy ammo for a gun they don’t own. Simply requiring the cashier to visually see the person’s permit is all that should be needed. It’s none of the government’s business knowing how many bullets or what rifles a person owns because like I already stated – world history shows that always leads to confiscation down the road which opens the door for the possibility of an oppressive govt. no matter how slim that possibility might be. It’s not a risk a free society should take and history shows it’s a mistake free people can only make once.

I don’t support any extra taxes on ammo or any required liability insurance for gun ownership because that disenfranchises and infringes on the poor from being able to defend themselves.

In April, patriots and Oathkeepers met in Hartford in what turned out to be failed attempt to curtail CT’s anti-second amendment laws, which are among the toughest in the nation.  In fact, this post was honored by Blog Talk Radio host Teri O’Brien as the post of the day.  To this day, your not so humble correspondent is actually humbled by the honor.

The Fuddy Mystery

Doug Hagmann at Homeland Security US and Canada Free Press is offering up the first in what could be a series of stories about the mysterious death of Loretta Fuddy in a plane crash in Hawaii on Wednesday.  Fuddy was at the center of controversy in the totally unreported in the Mockingbird Media birth certificate controversy as she was the person who supposedly granted “an exception” to Barack Obama, allegedly witnessing the copying of Obama’s birth certificate and proclaimed it to be authentic.

Allegedly Fuddy played a key role in the validation, and perhaps even in the making of the paper presented to America in 2011 as being the certified birth record of a sitting U.S. president. It is that certified record that has been determined by many experts in the field of type and print to be a total forgery and thus fraudulent.  Hagmann writes “At the very least, Loretta Fuddy would have been a critical witness in high crime of treason and other felonies against all Americans. Under these circumstances, is it not mandatory for responsible citizens to question the circumstances of her mysterious death?”

At least there are some who will for upon reading this column in social media later on WND, it became obvious a murder has taken place.  How could a plane with nine people onboard crash and eight of them survive?

Looking into Fuddy’s death one must go back to her life after being appointed Hawaiian Department of Health director by governor and noted communist Governor Neil Abercrombie on March 2, 2011. Fuddy was acting health director from January of that year when the governor’s original nominee, Dr. Neal Palafox, withdrew his name at Abercrombie’s own request. The conditions of that political decision are also hindered by controversy.

As for the recent crash, initial local news reports of the crash started at about 4:00 p.m. local time. The early details were sketchy as could be expected. But, one eyewitness report originated from the pilot of a plane who saw the wreckage. The pilot supposedly observed eight people wearing life jackets and floating in some debris at the estimated location where the plane hit the water. Those same reports also said Fuddy failed to escape the passenger compartment of the plane, which would support the first and perhaps the most credible account, as it came from a trained pilot circling the crash site. Also the Maui Fire Department said in a statement Fuddy never made it out of the plane.

Honolulu Fire Capt. Terry Seelig told KHON-TV Fox 2 Honolulu Fuddy “remained in the fuselage of the plane.”

Hagmann wrote…

Consider this early report with public statements made by the Hawaii Department of Health. This agency maintained — for nearly four hours after the crash, that Ms. Fuddy and deputy director Keith Yamamoto, also a passenger on the plane, were alive. The significance of this assertion will become evident as the various accounts are considered with what was known at the time of the accident or shortly thereafter.

As already referenced but now stated in more detail, initial news reports announced that “three passengers were pulled from the water by the two Coast Guard helicopters, and Maui fire crews picked up ‘others. One crash survivor swam ashore.”

Despite these eyewitness and official accounts of Ms. Fuddy not making it out of the interior of the downed plane, ABC News reported several hours later the following account:

“In the final moments of her life, Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy clung to the hand of her deputy after a small plane taking them back to Honolulu crashed in the ocean off the island of Molokai.

“In the water, Fuddy held hands with deputy director Keith Yamamoto as he tried to help her relax, said the Rev. Patrick Killilea, who consoled Yamamoto after the ordeal.”

“He recounted how he said he helped Loretta into her life jacket and he held her hand for some time,” the priest said. “They were all floating together and she let go and there was no response from her.”

Hagmann also provides the accident report…

The injury status of the remaining eight rescued occupants that were onboard the aircraft have not been disclosed.

And Hagmann said this is only the beginning of things…

[S]eeking the truth is our moral imperative. The truth of the events of December 11, 2013 did not succumb with Ms. Fuddy, nor is it laying on the ocean floor. The truth still exists, at least for now, with others who are still alive. For them, this might serve as the impetus to assume center stage and disclose what they know, for their ability to draw breath in the future is certainly not guaranteed.

The truth also exists in the actions and evidence amassed over the last two years of Ms. Fuddy’s life. My next report will offer insight into those findings, and will also address the curious timing of Ms. Fuddy’s death.

More will come for sure.
